The Investment Manager/VP is responsible for screening, analyzing, transacting, managing, and divesting the portfolio companies of Alpha Putihrai Capital. The candidate must have the following skills:

Investment Manager/VP

  • Strong financial and business analysis expertise;

  • Excellent communications and people management skills;

  • Management reporting;

  • Bilingual in Indonesian and English;

  • Passion in seeking out attractive investment opportunities and managing the businesses post investment;

  • Good understanding of deal structuring;

  • Basic understanding of Indonesian laws, especially pertaining to company law, business compliance, and legal contracts; and

  • Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Transaction Advisory is preferred.

The Investment Analyst/Associate is responsible for screening, analyzing, and reporting on the portfolio companies of Alpha Putihrai Capital. The candidate must have the following skills:

Investment Analyst/Associate

  • Strong financial and business analysis expertise;

  • Excellent communications and people management skills;

  • Financial reporting;

  • Bilingual in Indonesian and English;

  • Great research skills to assist in providing insights to management/directors when analyzing deals;

  • Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Transaction Advisory is preferred.

We are inviting internships for candidates in or post college/university enrollment. The candidates, whereby the candidates are expected to have the following past internship/work experience:

Internship

  • Investment Banking;

  • Transaction Advisory in an international firm or a medium sized local boutique firm;

  • Private Equity and/or Venture Capital;

  • Hedge Funds and/or Asset Maagement; and/or

  • Family Offices.
